This time, we purchased our company's MSY100L mixing automation. This equipment, with its innovative dual-power collaborative design, demonstrates outstanding performance during the mixing process. Its unique combined movement mode of the material bucket's revolution and the stirring blades' self-rotation enables the material to form a complex and orderly flow trajectory in three-dimensional space. Through the dual mechanism of gravity diffusion and forced shearing, not only has the uniform dispersion of nano-scale super-hard material particles been achieved, but also the mixing uniformity has been raised to an industry-leading level of 99.8%. The intelligent control system equipped on the equipment can precisely regulate the mixing parameters, adapt to the requirements of different formula processes, and effectively solve the problems such as agglomeration and stratification that are prone to occur when traditional equipment processes high-hardness and high-precision materials. The application of MSY100L has significantly enhanced the batch stability of the product, reduced the particle size distribution range of cubic boron nitride micro-powder by 30%, and lowered the energy consumption of the mixing process by 25%, providing key technical support for the high-quality development of the super-hard materials industry.
